I purchased a couple screens and a speaker from them for an iPhone one screen was bad upon arrival contacted them immediately and was told in order to send it back to them the screen has to not be broke and LCD has to be working there is no visible damage to the screen but the LCD is just a bunch of lines very unhappy will never order from them again have replaced several screens from other places and never had an issue like this I would recommend Amazon

I paid for an S+ grade iPad Pro screen with digitalizer, everything went through fine my end. A few days later I receive a weird email demanding an extra $38 or they won’t send my parcel. They claim is a “remoteness fee” due to my address even though I live in a city and only 1 hour from the capital city of my country. It’s clearly a scam! I’ve already paid $50 for shipping, and a screen weights less than 0.5kg so charging a total of $90 just on shipping is a lie and a con. I’ve had many things delivered by DHL and it’s never cost this much money nor cost any additional fees. Beware of this company! They’re dishonest

普通さ新品だと思って買うじゃん、Grade S+とか書いてあるしさ。 中古品だなんて一言も書いてないし。品質保障とか謳ってるし。 ところがさ高い送料払って何日も待ってようやく届いた商品見てビックリよ、もうぱっと見中古品て分かるレベル。 でさ、すぐさまサイトから返品手続きしたのよ、そしたらばメールですぐに返信来たよ。 読んで見てさらにビックリよ、”古いモデルだから新品パーツは入手できないんだ、中古品で我慢してねちゃんとテストはしてから送ってるからさ”みたいなふざけたことサラッと書いてあるのよ。 なんだこれ、日本人だと思ってバカにしてんのかってレベル。 もうねダメ絶対、あり得ない。関わったらいけない。

I have bought from this vendor a Grade S+ OEM display LCD for HTC 10 and I found many trouble on touchscreen. The sensitivity is very very low respect to the original HTC screen, the multi touch not works well, the double tap to turn off/on the screen not work at all, the "HTC Ice View" case not work at all. The screen isn't OEM at all and it isn't compatible with HTC 10. I've spent half day of my life and spent money to install and remove this fake screen and ETS support service have offered to me only a discount on the fake product (be aware, only on the fake product not on the shipping cost) . I asked to PayPal and obtained a full refund (fake product and shipping). Without PayPal I would have lost my money. Don't buy

What a joke. Save your money. I bought an iPhone 7 S+ grade screen and it was filled with defects and would blister when you put any pressure on it (this is 3D Touch, after all). The screen was 0.17mm thicker than OEM, pushing the array that much further into the case and causing fitment issues and two bright spots where their ribbon IC would put pressure on the inner case, causing deflection. To top it off, I got nothing but a runaround from this company for over a week before they wanted me to pay to ship it back.

Er en mindre virksomhed hvor vi laver iPhones samt andre telefoner . Har købt 5 gange hos dem skærmen fra ip 5 til 8 og det var bare !!!! på !!!! hvergang selv om jeg har betalt dyrt for de dele da det er vigtig for mig at det Er iorden . Først gange købt jeg for 5000-6000kr hvor halv delen ikke virkede bagefter sagde han at de ville sende halvdelen også tænkt jeg nu hvor de tilbyder at sende en pakke så kun jeg lige godt få lidt mere med men det var galt hvergang . Det skulle gerne være reburbish skærmen men det var det ikke . Det var en ren kopi hvor man tydligt ku se der var farve forskel . Det bare lige en hint til alle der handler med kineser de lyver men sådan er det jo man skal jo sælge når man er sælger . Og jo der var os nogen gode skærme cirka 20%.

Believe all one star reviews. This company’s products are bad quality. Maybe you will from time to time get a good part but you will regret if they sell you a defective part. you would think their s+ rated products are problem free. think again. All costs in shipment will not be refunded and only 50-60% of the defective product’s total cost will be refunded. They will cheat you by not stating that they dont refund shipping cost. once theyfool you to agree to 50% discount they will close the RMA ticket and there is no way to co tact them. 50% without shipment is only about 25-30% of what I paid them. Please consider checking ifixit instead. I do not work for iFixit. They are more expensive but at least I am sure of their refund policy and they put customers first. Dealing with Etradesupply has been a frustrating experience, I do not recommend buying from them.
