My experience with the online process was horrible. My subsequent experience on the phone with Liza was wonderful. I used the online platform to buy two opera tickets, and I paid for two (they were not together and were different prices). I later got an email saying I bought the tickets twice--not sure how THAT happened, but it was a BIG MISTAKE and I will not use the online service ever again. By the time I went back online (next day) to choose new tickets, they had doubled in price! This is unacceptable. Plus I couldn't figure out how to apply a credit from the other two tickets I had purchased then lost. I called directly and Liza was able to help tremendously; otherwise I was planning just to cancel and dispute the charges. This is NOT a good platform!

I was getting a little nervous because whoever the third party was who was selling these tickets to me off this website didn't email them right away. I waited about 3 days and then emailed customer service to inquiring as to whether or not I had been scammed. I promptly recieved a call from Eticketboxoffice. The guy on the line explained to me that when the price of the tickets are high, like the ones I had purchased, they sometimes take a while to process to the 3rd party. He said something like they have to check to make sure the credit card charge is valid. Then he offered to give me closer seats which he could send right away at no extra charge for my inconvenience. I was dazed and confused and then suddenly excited...the new ticket seats came via email in less than 10 minutes like he said, and now I'm in the orchestra 3rd row of the metropolitain Opera's new years Gala concert. This has made my wife's Christmas. 5 stars for customer service! The tickets are printed and they look legit. I'm sure I'll have no trouble getting in. Thank you guys for the free seat upgrade!

Please be careful with this company. They sell tickets for double price of original tickets and charge a service fee of 18$ and delivery fee of 40$ for just sending an mail for 2 tickets.

After purchasing 7 tickets from this awful company I cannot recommend anyone uses them. In fact only use them if you want to buy over priced tickets and then be charged 45% the cost of the tickets to cancel an order months in advance of an event. I have no idea how companies like this stay in business.

I highly recommend eTicketsboxoffice they have the best seats at the best prices.
