Fast and easy to buy. Etickets came via email and text message one day before my performance.

Was concerned that didn't receive my stickers. I checked my bulk mail folder. Got the etickets as promised.

We paid over $600 for two premium tickets to see La Traviata at the Metropolitan Opera last week. Thankfully my husband insisted they email the tickets early because we were flying and he insists on having things printed out. Tickets arrived and they were the back row Orchestra...I looked it up and these are $97 tickets. I called and was referred to someone else who would only communicate via email. I was offered credit but no refund. Thankfully American Express fraud department took care of it and we were able to purchase proper tickets from the Met site. They APPEAR TO BE THE MET SITE WHEN YOU SEARCH FOR TICKETS. I spoke to representatives from the Met office who are aware of this scam...in response to the response below, we did NOT CHOOSE TO SIT IN THE BACK ROW FOR $300 A TICKET. American Express has refunded the money you attempted to steal from us. Thanks.

Appalling service, I wish I'd never used them. I've booked a ticket for the NY Met for 6th October and fully paid on the 29th August. The email states tickets will be ready on Aug 30, 2022. Today is 26th September and still no ticket. I asked the customer service and was told I would just have to wait, why when they already have my money? I totally resent paying $257 to these people and have nothing to show for it. I travel to the US next week and will not have access to a printer so even if they do send a ticket, which I doubt, how will I print it? I definitely won't use them again.

My second purchase on the site, I highly recommend it.
