Caring and Understanding...
I really love the way Eterneva makes a real effort to get to know my loved one and our family needs. I have been terrible at replying to their e-mails because all this is so hard for me, but the team is really patient and understanding. I have never felt them be pushy or impatient. I love how they send me videos of the different processes. I just watch, cry, and tell myself that this was a good choice. Thank you @Eterneva for having such a great team.

Your honesty here is so moving, and I’m really grateful you shared it. This process can be incredibly hard, and there is absolutely no “right” way to move through it. I’m glad you’ve felt patience and understanding from our team — that’s exactly the experience we hope every family feels, especially when grief makes communication difficult.
