From beginning to end Eterneva was absolutely wonderful. During one of the hardest times of my life my correspondence with them was a bright spot. Had good communication and attention to detail except for the mailing of my ring was not very professional as they mailed it to an incorrect address. But I did get it after a few phone calls and then having to go to the fedex office. Overall I liked dealing with all the associates.

After my husband Donald died in February 2022, I lost the diamond from my wedding ring, 7 months later, the day before our 29th wedding anniversary. My daughter's husband had died 2 years earlier, and I knew that she had a memorial diamond created from his ashes - I got her recommendation for Eterneva. September 13, 2022 I mailed some of Don's ashes and some of my hair to Eterneva, when they mentioned the diamond could be made from our combined carbon. It's a long process, and they kept me updated periodically through the process. Finally, in January 2024, my diamond was completed; I received it January 29,2024, took it to my local jeweler who set it back into my wedding ring💍, and I got the completed ring the day before the 2 year anniversary of Don's death. It's beautiful; obviously, I'd much rather still have Don, but with this ring, I carry a physical part of him with me everywhere. I love their motto: Remember Remarkably. Very bittersweet. Someone was in touch with me every month to give me updates and videos of every step of the way so I knew where my mom was in her journey to becoming a blue diamond. The consultant sent me a kit with all the information I needed along with samples and guides to make sure I knew what I had to do. This will forever be my favorite piece of jewelry and to know that I will have mom with me always is such a wonderful feeling. I appreciate everyone for making this possible.

Losing my only son was the hardest thing I have ever experienced and still am. He had told his fiancé and me one night at dinner if anything were to ever happen to him he wanted us to have diamonds made from his ashes. As hard as it was, we followed through with this wish. To say we are in love with our final pieces is an understatement. The quality is beyond perfect. They made our entire experience a positive one.
