A mod called alino helped me rebuild my entire server when I deleted the plugins thanks! This was really helpful. Also the performance was great even though my device is so bad.

Server staff and support team are really helpful, they helped transfer a world over from Aternos and even sorted out my resource packs and behaviour packs for me. They're polite and are quite fast at responding to requests for support.

Eternal zero amazes me with their servers. You are basically getting access to servers having high end configuration, for free! Being an user of their service for more than one year, and never experienced any kind of critical issues. The servers are great, you get really good uptime, and also the panel is well built. Everything that you need is there. It is a mind blowing thing that you are getting all these for free! As some users said, there are region restrictions. As far I understood, it's due to the fact that they are experiencing abuses from some region and they decided to forbid the server creation for those regions. I never felt anything bad in it. Another thing is the staff. They never made you feel that you are having a free server. Very great support from them. No fuzz, they give you proper directions for every problem. If you have lil bit to spend, you can always go for the paid servers, which is a steal comparing to others! Personally, I highly recommend this hosting.
