not helpfull and not nice.
i tried to ask some questions in the official discord and the moderators/sales men werent nice and helpfull at all, they where disrespectfull.

Hello! We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but we’d like to clarify what actually happened for the sake of transparency. When you first joined our Discord, you raised concerns because of our free and low cost plans. Our staff explained the difference between the two services, why we’re able to keep prices low, and even offered you a 24-hour test server on a paid plan so you could try it for yourself. After that, you attempted to register for our free plan but mentioned not receiving the confirmation email. Our free service has been used by over 30,000 registered users without issue, but even then we started investigating to see why it wasn’t working for you. Before we could finish helping, you left the Discord server. At no point were our staff disrespectful. The entire conversation took place in our general chat, visible to over 8,500 community members, and both our team and users were polite and trying to assist. For this reason, we can confidently say this review is not an accurate reflection of what actually happened. We remain committed to being transparent and supportive, and we welcome anyone with genuine questions to reach out to us directly. Thanks, - Willo
