SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I’ve placed two orders with this company and I love the smell of the fragrances! However, neither the roller ball nor the dropper from my second order work! When I emailed about the issue, I was told that I could get replacements, but only if I order something else!!!! Their email stated that it wasn’t their intention to make me spend more money, yet no other solution was offered. That folks, is the definition of a SCAM!!!! There are other places to purchase such items and that’s exactly what I’ll be doing! This company is a joke!!

1 Star — Very disappointed I have to be honest: I’m concerned that some of the overwhelmingly positive online reviews may not accurately reflect the quality of the fragrances I received, because my experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered the Eternal Value Bundle, which included 6 x 30 ML body oils and 7 mystery fragrances. Unfortunately, the mystery fragrances should have remained a mystery. All seven were unpleasant enough that I ended up throwing them away. They smelled rancid/putrid to me and were so strong and unpleasant that they gave me a headache. Of the six full-size oils, only four were fragrances I considered wearable: Fresh & Feminine, Garden Chaos, Cherry on Top, and Deep Floral. Unfortunately, Harmony and Havoc and Green Metal were absolute no's for me. I also understand now why the remaining fragrances were included as samples. The mystery scents I received were Unusual Oud, Coastal Energy, Dark Opulent Masculinity, A Date with Cinnamon, Across the Dunes, Ember Silk, and Aquamarine Revenge, and unfortunately, I disliked all seven. I realize fragrance is subjective, and not every scent will appeal to every person. However, having 7 out of 7 mystery fragrances be completely unusable for me, along with 2 of the 6 full-size oils being scents I wouldn't wear, made this purchase a major disappointment. I would not purchase these perfume oils again. Given my experience with this order, I would prefer a refund rather than another replacement or additional fragrances. Very disappointed.

The actual perfume oil was great, but the experience was awful. The bottle dropper broke within 2 days of receiving, and while that is bad enough, when I emailed to ask for a refund or replacement for the dropper (just the lid) I was ignored twice. On the 3rd attempt to get a response, the only solution I was given - get a secondary dropper on my next order... Safe to say I will not be ordering from this company again, especially since Rebecca didn't even provide any information on how that extra dropper would be claimed? Awful customer service. I've now had to order some bottles with droppers from Amazon to decant the oil into just to use the product...

The reviews are bloated with significant incentive for positive reviews. Then all emails have been AI slop. I even got one from the “owner”. It was just AI slop. It’s rather insulting. Product is meh. It’s like someone who doesn’t understand perfumery googled how to do it. Can some smell ok, sure. It’s very disingenuous to market these as clones…..they aren’t close. I had 3 different. None were in the ball park.

Dropper broken when arrived , Oud hype is just hype only last 45 minutes, would not suggest it to anyone.

Package never arrived. Tracking days its lost. Company has zero customer service. Won't reply to emails. Have to file a charge bakc with credit card company. Beware

The company is a scam .. my product didn’t turn up and when I disputed it they posted my name and address all over social media . DO NOT USE

I honestly wish I had listened to the other negative reviews before ordering from Eternal Perfume Oils. My experience has been extremely disappointing. The communication has been poor, the order process felt messy, and when you’re spending money on fragrance oils you expect at least a basic level of professionalism and customer service. The product itself did not meet expectations at all. The scent quality was underwhelming and nowhere near what was advertised. It felt cheap and poorly blended rather than a well-crafted fragrance oil. What made the experience worse was the lack of support when trying to resolve the issue. It felt like once they had the money, customer satisfaction was no longer a priority. There are far better fragrance oil companies out there that actually value their customers and provide consistent quality. Unfortunately, this was a complete waste of money and not a company I would recommend or purchase from again.
