This company is the best! I had a weird situation and I was partially at fault and not only did the owner let me know, he made sure I was taken care of and the matter was escalated as promised and my good friend Mr. Michael Williams took excellent care of me to make sure I was more than good. I have never been cared for so greatly! Thank you to them both! Highest praises!!!!!

I have ordered several different scents and have been happy with them all. The scents last all day and do not give me headaches like traditional perfumes, both qualities I was specifically looking for!

I made my purchase on a whim and maybe that would be why two of my 30ml scents weren’t good BUT my experience overall was amazing not to mention my order came surprisingly fast. I just placed my second order and we shall see if the positivity is consistent!

My concern was addressed promptly and handled exceptionally well. I appreciate everyone whom I spoke with today, whether that be by email or phone call. Customer service is excellent!!! They really care about their customers and will do everything to make the order correct. Their oils are superb and high quality!!

First off the scents! Eternal perfumes smell AMAZING! I love the scents, every single one. They last a long time. I have yet to be disappointed by a scent. I love the feel of the oils. The fact that you can get a 50ml bottle in any scent that you love and get a 30ml for FREE in any scent you want, plus a 3ml sample for FREE in any scent you want is a CRAZY but exciting deal! No other perfume brand offers that. Plus if you send in a review with a photo of you in the photo with your perfume, Eternal emails you a $25 coupon to use with your next purchase. WHAT!!! Yes! You can order another 50ml with a FREE 30ml and a FREE 3 ml and use your $25 coupon. That’s how I grew my entire Eternal Perfume Oils collection. Not Only are there perfumes amazing, their customer service is super amazing. Sophie is the one that runs their customer service. She definitely gives you 100% of her attention to your details and your needs. Sophie goes way beyond the saying “above and beyond “ she exceeds it. I am certainly a very happy and satisfied customer of Eternal Perfumes. I will be one of their customers FOREVER. As long as they continue to come out with new scents, I will be the first one in line to purchases. There should be more than 5 stars, Eternal and Sophie deserve a 10 star rating.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I’ve placed two orders with this company and I love the smell of the fragrances! However, neither the roller ball nor the dropper from my second order work! When I emailed about the issue, I was told that I could get replacements, but only if I order something else!!!! Their email stated that it wasn’t their intention to make me spend more money, yet no other solution was offered. That folks, is the definition of a SCAM!!!! There are other places to purchase such items and that’s exactly what I’ll be doing! This company is a joke!!

I've purchased 4 or 5 different times and every time has been pleasntly satisfying. Not only do their perfume oils smell like heaven, but their customer service is great!
