Great, for now,but not anymore
I have gone with their 4gb plan, but all of their plans are remarkably cheap, more so then most competitors. i will have to upgrade my plan because it crashes quite regulalry even when im the only one on the server, simply because of traveling medium range distances (around 500-1000 blocks) The UI takes a bit of getting used to, and i wish we could upload folders, not just files, this would make instaling new datapack easier, but this is just nitpicking. I will upgrade my service to 8gb and see if it stops crashing (we plan to use the server with 2-5 people) if it does, i willchange the review into a 5 star, if it dosent, a 3 star. be back in around a month 4/5 EDIT: (the 8gb plan did fix the crashing) I unfortunatly have had a more negative experience with eternal hosting. We paused payment for the server in the summer, since none of us were home enough for it to be worth it. The i get an email that the entire server has been deleted. Not suspended, deleted and its unrecoverable. Now it is pretty standard that services delete unused servers, what got my blood boiling is that we didnt get any warning. No "hey, you have a month/week/day to resume usage or it will be deleted. No, we only got the message once the deed has been done. So whilei still think that the service itself is great i cant justify a positive rating when with no warning they deleted over 200 hours of our lifes 1/5

Hi, Thank you for updating your review and sharing your experience. We are glad to hear that upgrading to the 8GB plan resolved the performance issues. Regarding the server deletion, we would like to clarify that servers are not manually deleted by our team. Our system automatically terminates unpaid servers after 3 months. This gives people time to come back and start using their server However, in this case, the server was cancelled through your account. When a cancellation request is submitted, our system sends a confirmation email with details about the service being cancelled, the cancellation reason (You provided), the requested date, and the final active date. The dashboard also shows the server status as "Cancellation Pending". We do not use automatic subscriptions that need to be paused. Payments are made manually through invoices, so if you only wanted to stop using the server temporarily, leaving the invoice unpaid would have suspended the service until you returned. A cancellation request means the service is being closed, which follows the standard practice across hosting providers. The cancellation was initiated from your account, and our system followed the requested process and notifications. We appreciate your feedback and hope this clears up the situation. Regards, Willo - Eternal Hosting
