My server was having ram issues and they gave me a free upgrade to more ram and i also got more disk space

Actually, one of the best servers hosting ever and I'm not overexaggerating, number 1, their customer service, one time my ram was overloading, and one staff gave my server additional ram which is that kind of level of customer service is 👌! Number 2. their price to performance ratio, in under 4 bucks you can have a server that can run with like 5 plugins and 10 players without lagging and you have full capability to your own server, SFTP, additional ports, etc etc.

Server works perfect, no lags, very customizeable. And a great support team 5/5

Eternal hosting has dirt cheap prices for their prices and is one of the best in the industry. From my 4 years of hosting Minecraft servers, Eternal by far has had the BEST customer support. Like, not even joking, the stuff the support team does is amazing and is one of the best I've seen in the industry. I've got to say I'm so happy I discovered this server host.

the staff among the discord service offers wonderful support to get servers up and running efficiently! they respond in such a timely manner, and have been incredibly helpful in getting my server situated. the pricing is also very affordable!

10/10 Experience. I switched from their free host eternalzero to the paid host about a week ago and so far I have had a really good experience. Their customer service is wonderful. they literally reply within minutes of opening a ticket and they even helped me migrate my server from the old server to the new one. I bought the 8GB plan and honestly the performance is insane for the price. I have seen some hosts charge a lot for servers with worse specs so I'm really grateful that they are keeping their prices so low while giving some really good specs. the unmetered CPU really does help during startups and chunk loading. W host overall.
