My shopping experience with etechnext.com was very pleasant. I had called in to find out the availability and pricing for my part. The representative was helpful and friendly. They got me exactly what I was looking for and also gave me a decent price. I will definitely prefer etechnext.com for my future IT purchase.

Prompt and professional customer service. I made several purchases from their website and overall my shopping experience is great. I recommended this site to my friends and family and would highly recommend to the online shoppers because their website is very user friendly, easy to navigate and secure for online purchase.

ordered for a dell power supply, PH3C2. Customer phone line seems too busy to get line but I am happy to get product on time with working condition.

Excellent seller. I placed two overnight orders three weeks back from this seller. Before placing the order I spoke to them over the phone just to make sure that the shipping would be done same day. Both times I received the exact products. Great customer service and very reasonable price.

All on a sudden, one of my power supply became out of order. I was searching online and found some stores listed that power supply. I ordered one of the well known store but after 2 days the cancelled the order due of out of stock!!! I was in a shock to hear after 2 days. Then, i searched google and landed to etechnext.com. Due to my bitter experience with other store, I had placed a phone call and their customer service representative ensured me that they always keep updated their online stores with real time data. He rechecked the stock for me and posted at that evening though I had placed the order a bit day end time. Surprisingly, I got the product next day with better quality that I had anticipated.

I purchased some networking products from etechnext.com few days back. I just received my products on Thursday. I am very happy with my products that i purchased from them. I ordered some new pull products, but the products I received are almost new and they are in great working condition. I am really happy with their products. Another good point about etechnext.com is their payment system is highly secured and their website is easy to navigate. I would definitely recommend this site for online IT shoppers.
