eTechNext.comReviews of etechnext.com

i bought 8 units of ram for my proliant servers june 22. the product arrived yesterday in perfect condition and in good packaging. the ground shipping was also free. will definitely recommend this company for buyers who buy server ram online and need on time delivery.

Remember when you were taught that if something sounds too good to be true, it is? I forgot that for a moment. I ordered a computer part from ComplinkUSA only to not get any word about the order for days! I called numerous times, the phone just rings and rings. E-mailed twice until I decided to contact the website that my payment was credited to: eTechNext Inc. I contacted them through e-mail and told them to just cancel my order on ComplinkUSA and we can get on with our lives. They did just that proving they own both websites. BUYER BEWARE! ComplinkUSA and etechnext Inc ARE THE SAME COMPANY! Do not order anything from them! You WILL NOT GET IT! (I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 since they did give me a swift refund.) I recommend going to Newegg, far more secure and varied in products.

Placed order and can not get ahold of them. No confirmation. Nothing. Hope its not a scam.

They only sent me my partial order and no one answers their support line nor returns my emails after I fill out a support request.

I needed a Power supply unit urgently just after New Year break. I called to some store but most seems to be off or not in stock. I called this shop and I found my product there. They were very friendly and deliver my product on time.

Good quality product and lowest price. They offered me free ground shipping. Although it was free, it was fast.

I purchased a hard drive from these guys, they sent me the wrong drive and have thus far refused to RMA.

Recently bought a product from them. Their customer service, packing, shipping, delivery time, product quality everything are professional handled. Moreover, they did a follow up call to get our feedback about product and we were really surprised!
