After having done a lot of research, I decided to take a 5-day microblading & shading class here. This is one of the best decisions I have ever made. Danijela is one of the most talented and experienced artists in this beauty field. She is willing to share her knowledge and skills with her students. She sets high standards for them and helps them get there. She is very patient when helping students practice on live models. She provides ongoing support after training. I send her text messages with questions, and she always replies to me the same day. She has an online store that sells awesome products. I highly recommend Esthetic World Beauty.

Excellent and delivered with 2 days

Beware of bait & switch!! False advertisement, very rude and deceptive!! I would give zero stars if it were an option! She kept telling me to ignore the bad reviews, but I shouldn’t have listened to her! Guaranteed me I would be getting the EXACT same item as in the pictures. She pulled a bait and switch on me! The picture of the pink masks are absolutely nothing like what I received. The ones in the pictures looks like good quality, but what I received was very cheap and flimsy and a totally different shade of pink. Totally different masks, altogether! I would post pictures here if I could, but I have done so and you can see them on Yelp and Google Reviews. She is selling the same masks for $45 that you can get on Amazon and eBay for $12, but advertises a photo of a much higher quality mask, which is why I was willing to pay more for them. Refused to give a refund, so now I filed a dispute with PayPal to see if I can get my money back. I have already submitted pictures to them of what she posted I would be getting and the actual item that I received. She’s very rude and bad customer service! Update: I filed a dispute with Paypal and they ruled in my favor, refunding my full payment.
