Hello Dee, thank you for your review! I am sorry that you are not fully satisfied with our shopping experience, however, we always have same masks from the same distributor. I hope you will give us another try. Best regards, Uros

There was no manual included with the device. It was unclear in the training the recommended depth and frequency. Delivery was prompt.

Hello Cassandra, I'm sorry, but you should have contacted us at first time, for all questions you have support included with online course as well. Fibroblast Training Manual is included with your online course, and it is in PDF form and you can download manual from "Materials" section, it is not included with device. Please remove this review or update it. I have contacted you by an email. Thanks! :) Uros from Esthetic World Beauty

The reason I’m giving them 3 stars is because one of the 5 needles I received was damaged, when I reached out to them to let them know they did “nothing” about, good customer service would have sent a new needle.
