This is a review both for their failed communication and their obnoxious customer service. After assuring me our $4000 product was only two stops away and would be there within 80 minutes, they never showed. Called them hours later and the phone just kept disconnecting when you pressed any numbers on the menu.Called there nationwide number and the person treated me like I was an idiot for calling them after 5 PM because obviously, sir, it’s closed. What the heck? If anybody with any authority in that company is reading this, please look at the phone call conducted at 5:22 PM PST to the critical Time, Dept and Fire that TERRIBLE! representative. Just look at your ratings in case you think I’m exaggerating.

Today I received another shipment of three pallets and they delivered it without any delivery notice, and I was surprised to find it in front of my house without any delivery notice, even though the weather was bad and caused partial damage to the shipment.

Today 2/22/2025 makes 120 days since your driver ROBERT BUTLER Truck 76941 of Delaware ran a yellow or red light and collided with me and totaled my vehicle in Joppa Maryland. Happy 5-month anniversary but I am still not giving up the fight. How "convenient" that his truck did not have a camera. I used to drive for Swift and all trucks have cameras, and ALL drivers are taught to NEVER speed up or attempt to take a yellow light at an intersection. At the scene, he came to my vehicle and apologized and said it was HIS fault, but I guess his story changed when they claimed there was no camera in the truck.

Worst delivery company ever! Was waiting all day for delivery of a double sink vanity, never got a call and then found this huge item out on the road next to my mailbox on a pallet. When I called Estes I was rudely dismissed by a dispatcher. I had no other option than returning the item to the company I ordered from.

Sent 4 pallets, lost 1pallet! Customer had an urgent project so we shipped replacements out. They "found" the pallet after 2 weeks, never told anyone and delivered them both together! Now we have to arrange the collection and return of THEIR lose, at our cost. AVOID THESE COWBOYS

worst experience ever, if it would have been my decision Estes would not have been the trucking company I used. Countertop has been sitting in Grand Rapids (45 min away from my home) since 12/20 was supposed to be delivered on 12/23 no one showed, my husband has been sitting at home for a week, now they are saying they do not know when it will be delivered, does not have a redelivery date and customer service sucks.

The name of this company is Estes EXPRESS Lines. They are anything but express. A delivery from TN to FL should not take 7 days. My delivery has been sitting at their Boyntan Beach wearhouse since 8:30 am; 30 minutes north of my home address. It will likely sit there through the weekend as they say they now have to deliver to their Miami Wearhouse 1 hour south of me. How do you consider a shipment sitting 30 minutes from home, sitting idle for now 3 days over the weekend, and delivery not likely November 21st EXPRESS?
