2 skids poor condition, no appointment as we require, no call ahead as required, no paperwork not even a packing slip. Driver was a nice guy. Any chance to contract someone else do it pay more get better service. This company does this over and over again. Google needs to come up with a 0 star option

Working with the sales team was great until the actual shipment was picked up. Two pallets of extremely unique vintage items were lost with little to no communication from the company until I reached out and inquired why my items had not reached their destination. Was then told that they had "accidentally" placed the pallets on a truck to an Amazon facility and they were "trying to locate them". Needless to say they have not been located a week since. My last communication with the sales team I was advised to to submit a claim for the lost items. No refund has been issued and no further communication since. Keep looking, DO NOT use this company, more work for you when they make all the mistakes. Update 5/29/25: Filed a claim on the two pallets of merchandise that their team lost. They had the gaul to deny our claim, when the items going missing was ENTIRELY their fault. This company is run by crooks. DO NOT USE THEM!

I had a shed delivery scheduled for a Thursday and hired a team to assemble the shed on Friday. On Wednesday they tell me they can no longer do Thursday but will deliver on Friday, so I move the team to Saturday. Friday morning comes along and they say they can longer do Friday and will deliver it first thing Saturday. Overall horrible customer experience, avoid working with them if possible

They are the worse delivery company i have ever dealt with!

They apparently received a wrong telephone number from the seller of my purchase and after being unable to contact me, didn't inquire any further. Ordered my own on April 3rd. Was able, after a bunch of reaching out on my own, which felt like a second job, to get a tentative delivery date of April 17th. Hopefully they have the correct address. That's a full 2 weeks later, by my math, for a very simple delivery. I would have been better off using the pony express. Terrible company. Rude customer service. Worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Steer clear of this shit company.

This is the worst company I have ever worked with in my entire life. I scheduled 2 deliveries and I waited around and they no showed. Then they delivered my new hot tub cracked. Upon opening the tub, my installation guys said it likely cracked b/c it was delivered on its side. Estes refused to cover the costs of the crane b/c I had them there as I had been waiting for months. At one point, they could not even figure out where the hot tub was in their possession. So ridiculously disorganzied and unprofessional. I highly recommend that you specifically tell anything you order to not be shipped by them.

Where to start? I was buying a machine from someone in WA state (I'm in MA). Having never done this, I called Estes to get assistance. The woman was rude and hung up on me. To my regret, I decided to use Estes anyway. The tracking is abysmal. It's a joke. I kept getting notices that my shipment was delayed. Tracking finally showed that it was in my area. I called on Tuesday to set up the delivery. We agreed on Friday between 9-1. Friday comes around and I have taken the day off work. I'm sitting in my living room where I can see the street and my driveway. 1pm comes around and no delivery. I call and the first person says "it just got here and they have 24-48 hours to arrange delivery." I explain that we had already arranged delivery. He transfers me and the woman tells me the driver was there and no one was home. She also says he called. Not only was I sitting here watching all morning, but I have cameras that record the driveway and street. NO ONE CAME BY. I have no missed call from Estes or a message from the "driver". It would be hard to miss a giant truck in front of my house. Besides the fact that my tracking info says "Our records indicate no signature is required. We will deliver your shipment as soon as possible." If no signature was required, why didn't the driver just deliver my items??? Obviously because that's a lie they made up. So now I have to take another day off work and pray they actually show up.
