This is the WORST company you can deal with! A third-party shipper who is incredibly incompetent and unprofessional. You can't find a WORSE one!! DO NOT USE!!! We were given wrong delivery dates, then fluffed off on a 4th party shipper, Humble Trucking, who had a mechanical failure...but failed to let ANYONE know the delivery was canceled. I lost 2 days of work and paid a contractor to be at my house for the delivery. Put a complaint in with Home Depot, who hired these morons to do the delivery AFTER we paid for Home Depot to do it. Needless to say, another company I won't be buying from again!!

This company is disgusting. My husband took his own life on July 22, 2024. I called the local office and was told that insurance should continue for at least 30 days. I was in shock and basically disengaged from reality at that time. I had to go to my doctor to get something to help me sleep and calm me down. I called the doctor on July 23 and got an anti-anxiety med. I called the main human resources office about a week later when I was able, only to find out that they cut off his insurance on the day he died. When I got upset, I was told that it was in the employee handbook (I'm not the employee) and that I was "taking this personally". I received the denial of payment to my doctor today, 14 months later. Not only was my husband due a paycheck, but he was also due vacation pay. I think this company should take a look in the mirror and treat people like humans, not like numbers. Disgusting and inhuman.

The tracking information was incorrect and the delivery was delayed even after I confirmed the delivery the morning of the day it was supposed to arrive. They claim to work with a third party and take no responsibility for delays and refused to reach out to the third party to enquire.

Worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. And that includes the abominal UPS and the truly atrocious Fed Ex. I won't even mention DHL. These estes guys are utterly incompetent bold face liars. Their customer service is worse than non-existent. I'm not kidding when I tell you to find any, and I mean ANY other shipper. RUN FOR YOU LIFE !!!!!!!!!

Terrible company! I took a day off to receive a delivery and that same day, they said they need to move us to the next morning (which was a Saturday). I wasted a day off and then the next morning they never showed up. We never got our delivery and we did. Didn’t even get a courtesy call.

I was quoted $375 with the exception of a little tax to send a small mini excavator root ripper from Northern Indiana to southern Indiana. I assumed the customer received it. I received the bill and it was $839! Then, come to find out, the customer HAD NOT EVEN RECEIVED IT! He thought he got scammed. I felt horrible. They had this item for over a MONTH before even reaching out. The next day, I got another bill for $939 another $100 MORE???? FOR WHAT? They were billing before they even DELIVERED! Absolutely the WORST TRUCKING COMPANY EVER! I will NEVER use them again. I am not paying that $939. I will pay them what they quoted me and not a dime more.

Where do I even start? Maybe with the triple‑feature time slot shuffle: first 11AM, then 1PM, then 3-4PM. I half‑expected a fourth update saying "actually, next Tuesday." This is after crystal‑clear instructions about our facility's strict scheduling and lift‑gate truck requirements. Apparently "confirmed plan" translates to "we'll do whatever sequence amuses us most." The driver himself admitted our order sat ready at 8AM... only to be buried behind freight like a time capsule, after management decided he should play Tetris with multiple other stops. Their manager told me there was just "one pallet" in the way. Adorable. Photos prove it looked more like an obstacle course designed by OSHA's nightmares. Meanwhile, three premium‑rate installers stood around burning daylight (and money) while we offered to help unload -- but without a forklift, that would be a Darwin Award attempt. If your business depends on accuracy, truthfulness, or reality in general, brace yourself. The only thing that arrived on time was the frustration. Update: Materials finally showed up... pallets were loaded so heavy the driver's jack couldn't even lift them. At this point, incompetence is the only thing that's been consistently delivered.
