The product that I ordered might be a little tricky as it is a special blend of tea. The product that I received is not the one that I expected. Contacted the customer service and explained the situation. Sam from Customer Service helped issue a full refund for the purchase. I appreciate Sam's fast response and help with the transaction.

Hi Monica, As discussed over email, it's always possible that a manufactures changes packaging and changes their product SKU code which we have no control over. We have therefore followed correct procedures. However, I understand this isn't the ideal experience for you. As discussed, you have received a full refund and can hopefully still enjoy the product you received. Have a great day!
