The quality of food is delicious but I was supposed to receive 2 pounds of bacon and it wasn't shipped. I contacted the company and they are shipping bacon.
Response from Essential Foods DirectNov 10, 2023
Yes, of course. The bacon will be delivered on Saturday! We are pleased you are happy with the quality!
Rosemary
the packaged meat was delivered unfrozen and messy. However, the meat received is very good quality. Please improve delivery method, perhaps in a Styrofoam cooler.

Rosemary- thank you! We are still learning and appreciate the feedback. We will surely take this in to consideration moving forward.

I love the meat itself. Truly, the only misgiving I feel the packaging should be colder and perhaps even smaller.

Stacy, we are still learning and appreciate your feedback! This was a mass sale event, in the future we will take this in to consideration. Thank you!

Loved the variety. So far have only eaten some porkchops and the bacon. Definitely looking forward to the steaks. The only reason I didn't 5 star it is because 2 of the pieces of the filet migones are literally 2 bites worth. I would give up the links or even one of the hamburger options to get a bigger portion.

Lorene- we appreciate your feedback and hope to continue serving you!

My package was delivered with no dry ice in the box. I had multiple sealed packages that were tore open and beef hotdogs were cut in half. Only the hamburger were in a carton the rest of my meat was just thrown into the shipping box. I was giving them a 1 star review. However after contacting customer service I am changing my rating to 4 stars because they agreed to ship me another order. They were very quick to rectify the issue with my order. I am happy with the response I received.
