I had purchased a policy for a music festival back in May of 2021. Early last week, the city where we are holding the festival gave us less than 24 hrs notice that we needed to add medical coverage to the policy. The agent that I normally work with was on vacation. Not just one, but two other agents stepped in and helped me out right away. We were able to get the extra coverage added to the policy, and the certificate sent to the city with time to spare!
