Credit card fee should be factored into the quote, not an additional fee.

Thank you so much for your review! We are sorry you felt that way. We strive to give all customers great ease of purchasing coverage and value. All credit card transactions are handled by a 3rd party merchant that charges a processing fee on credit card transactions. The ESP Team when they sent your invoice they would have given you an option to pay via credit card, bank transfer (ACH) or even check. That would have eliminated the need to pay the processing fee.

Joe was easy to work with. I am taking over for a manager that is leaving, and Joe was able to get me information from the past. This helped me fill out the form and order what we need. The turnaround time was fast too.
