A little more guidance on the named insured… What it is, is it required, etc. would be appreciated next time.

The process is little clumsy. Overall I was satisfied.

Easy to use. Fast. Good price compared to others. Insurance coverage wasn't clear but someone quickly replied in their chat function and clarified.

Tried paying invoices via website instructions. After several attempts, website finally came up. Then website would not complete the "Pay Your Bill" link, as it would not come up. I called number on invoice and they were able to complete payment process.
