We would have been able to reply specifically to your review, however I do not see a name to locate your order. There might be instances that suppliers are out of product and unable to supply and accommodate your orders. We do our best to be on top of this but not always able to resolve supply chain issues caused by many cross border restrictions.

Out of three orders : First order arrived on time Second order never arrived , after 3 months and multiple emails chasing them for information trying to find out what had happened I got a refund as order was clearly never despatched. Third order ( the latest ) was sent to wrong address with wrong contact information. I have raised this repeatedly but am being completely ignored now .. they have denied any responsibility . No goods, no refund. The customer service is terrible ..slow and reluctant. I gave them a second chance because my first order had been fine. I wish I hadn’t now!

I have reviewed your orders and it seems that one has been rejected by customs. Since we do not have control over customs regulations we have refunded your payment at no cost to you. Hope this would have helped but apparently that was not enough to rectify situations that were beyond our control.

I wish i would have read this site before ordering for this shitty company, they take sooooooo long to answer you on the phone or on the chat ; they dont solve problems ;they delay orders so FOR sure I wont buy it from here again,

I can see that your latest order placed on March 14th has been delivered on March 24. You had 2 orders with us and both have been delivered.

Avoid at all costs They charge extra for shipping (after the purchase) and don't even have the product in stock. I've requested they cancel my order multiple times and apparently they can't...so I'm in limbo with a $800 pending charge, no eta on when they will get stock or ship. Terrible customer service, dodgy website and app Avoid!

I have reviewed your order and the reason for delay and cancellation was due to supplier of the product moving their warehouse and closing operations for 3 months. We have informed you of such and consequently your order was cancelled by your request at no cost.

I ordered skincare products on Feb 25. To date, no product. When I called, all I got was a forced ad for another company. A bait and switch scam. I am protesting the order through my credit card.

I am not sure what your inquiry is about and been unable to locate any order. However there are no bait and switch as claimed. You might have been contacted by either our warehouse fulfilment or customer service regarding your order.

The eskincarestore is a bait and switch scam, don't buy from it. I placed an order for a product December 30, 2024 that was listed as available on their website. I didn't hear from them until Feb 14, 2025 stating that it was on route to me. On Feb 18 2025 I received a package containing a different product. Eskincarestore refuses to refund my $350 purchase stating that the product is the same, when they are clearly different products. They falsely claim to have a "60 day return policy at no cost". After five attempts to connect with them by phone, their customer service representative said that they required me to email photos of the product and packaging to determine if I was eligible to receive their "RMA" form for a return/refund. They state that they would respond in two to four business days but didn't respond until I followed up by leaving two voice mail messages and a followup email seven business days later. They claim to have contacted La Roche Posay who says the products are the same. I also contacted La Roche Posay Canada who confirmed to me that they are indeed different products, simply by the fact that Rosaliac AR is a serum and the Toleriane is a moisturizer. Eskincarestore ought to know this difference! What I've learned is that eskincarestore's goal is to frustrate it's customers by making its customer service impossible to contact either by phone, live chat and email (all of which I have tried) in the hopes that people will get frustrated and give up. Their response to this complaint is evidence of that; instead of providing me with the RMA that I have repeatedly asked for, they have directed me to their web site customer service which is entirely useless. Buyer beware!!!

Until now one whole month, I haven't received my orders, I am not so sure, whether you have shipped out the orders, because I cannot track where is it. The only things I can see is order is stuck at L.A

Dear Lin, your order was shipped on Feb. 4th. There was a manufacturer back order that caused a delay in shipping by about 10 days. Your order was placed on January 24th and shipped 10 days later.
