Після прибуття до Єгипту я не міг підключитися до інтернету. Я звернувся до чату eSIMo і всі проблеми були швидко вирішені! Всім рекомендую eSIMo! Інтернет з ними стабільний і швидкий!

Everything went wrong from day 1!! And the worse is that it is impossible to talk to a LIVE person, all we get is AI agents. Never again I will use your services and I'll make sure to inform others about it. It was impossible to connect to the local net work and no matter what I tried , I keep getting bots answering me answers that didn't help solve my problem. During all my stay in the US I had no wifi.

I could not activate the eSIMo. A fellow traveler spend 2 hours with another person before enabling activation. DISAPPOINTING!!!

⚠️ Extremely disappointing experience with eSIMo – I strongly do NOT recommend this service. I purchased a 10GB eSIM from eSIMo, and despite following the activation instructions correctly, the eSIM simply did not work. I was left without internet after paying for a service that I could not use. What made the situation even worse was the customer service. I contacted them repeatedly, but instead of actually addressing the problem, I kept receiving the same automated response telling me to contact support through the app. The problem? The eSIM had already been cancelled, and the app was no longer able to provide me with the support I needed. This is completely unacceptable. A company selling international eSIM services should provide reliable connectivity and, when something goes wrong, accessible and effective customer support — not an endless automated loop with no actual solution. I paid for a service that did not work and was left without internet while travelling, with no meaningful assistance and no proper resolution. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing an eSIM from eSIMo. My experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

first time and i love it so much i go to bulgaria and all works very well the app so nice and i can call to my family with my esimoney credit on the app thank you for help my enjoy my trip to sofia hope to use it again soon in athens in 2027

Used their service, the install was easy and it worked great threw all the places i have been in Europe.
