I had a great experience with customer…
I had a great experience with customer support, especially thanks to Alice Charlotte. She helped me activate my eSIM for my vacation quickly and smoothly, and also took care of the refund for an extra eSIM I had purchased by mistake. Her responses were very fast, friendly, and professional, and the whole process was completely stress-free. Excellent service overall — I would definitely recommend this service to others!

Activation date of eSIM card
I just had a very positive experience with one of your employees: Alice Charlotte. After I had installed the eSIM card, I was not sure when it would be activated - perhaps I had accidentally activated it (I am not travelling until 27 Jan). Alice supplied me with an immediate helpful answer - in a super friendly tone. Bravo!!!
