Very useful and works fine in a lot of countries

Usually I need to buy an esim twice, first time always problem with installation. Support is pretty good, they return my money and second time when I buy everything works ok. Happens almost every time same scenario. Except buying process data works pretty good and reliable.

Acquistato il piano unlimited plus Balcani. Purtroppo per problemi tecnici la e-sim non si è attivata correttamente e non ho potuto usufruire in maniera corretta del servizio. Il servizio di assistenza tuttavia è stato fantastico e mi ha rimborsato l’intero importo. Se avete problemi contattate il supporto subito (io lo ho fatto al ritorno purtroppo), sono gentilissimi e troveranno sicuramente una soluzione

Great customer service and support as usual. Special Thanks to Laura Barren for her excellent help and ongoing support.I give her 5/5 👌🏼. My only comment is the serious drop in speed after reaching a daily limit of only 2 or 3 GB , even though it says unlimited download, which is a serious drawback and tricky catch. I wish they do better than this , maybe 5-7 GB daily will be acceptable.

It all went perfectly well. The only improvement I’d like to see is a notification when I’m approaching the data limit of the eSIM package I purchased.

It is the card that I used for along time but to complete the process to buy and complete the installation is a little bit difficult. I appreciate that you place more clear instruction, that is good. But in my case my mobile only see the option of barecode, so I have to send the barecode to another device. In may mobile does not appears another choice.

I reached out via WhatsApp (which is a very convenient way to contact their support), and while the first agent took quite a while to reply — probably because they were busy — the second support specialist responded promptly and guided me through the solution step by step until everything worked perfectly. Apart from that small delay with the first response, I'm overall satisfied with their service. The eSIM works well, and the support team eventually provided quick and effective help.
