I recently purchased an eSIM card from this company and initially faced some difficulties with the activation process. However, their support team was able to resolve the issue within 24 hours. I reached out via WhatsApp (which is a very convenient way to contact their support), and while the first agent took quite a while to reply — probably because they were busy — the second support specialist responded promptly and guided me through the solution step by step until everything worked perfectly. Apart from that small delay with the first response, I'm overall satisfied with their service. The eSIM works well, and the support team eventually provided quick and effective help.

Convenient and straight forward
Bought a 20GB data-only plan for my travel to the States. Activation was instant, just scanned the QR code received by email using an Android phone and voila! Speed's pretty good and stable. Highly recommended.

AloSim- Mr. Michael Staff of the Century at Tech Support Chat Service
AloSim: I was trying to claim a free service offered by my travel insurance agent. The instructions that I received were like Greek to me. I contacted the chat service at AloSim, talked with AI, who then redirected me to Human/Agent Mr. Michael. He spent time explaining the steps to me one at a time, and agreed to stay with me as I navigated the steps, until I finished the $0 payment checkout.
