eSignsReviews of esigns.com

I originally ordered and paid for 2 banners, but I received only 1, rolled and shipped in a long box. It looks great. I called, and they immediately made and shipped the other banner. Kudos. However, it was tightly folded and put in a small flat box. The result was lots of creases that are still highly visible even with the banner stretched and outside in the extreme heat.

There were no instructions or specifications indicating how far the stitching would extend into the printed design. Had I known, I would have positioned my graphics a few inches lower to avoid interference. I also wasn't aware that the stitching on a black banner would be white, making it much more noticeable against the design. Additionally, the stitching appears to have been done at a slight angle, which caused significant rippling in the banner regardless of how the support poles were adjusted. That said, the printing quality and turnaround time were very good. Would I use esigns.com again?..... Possibly

I am not experienced with lawn signs, you are. When I ordered a 48" X 48" sign from you, I also ordered the deluxe lawn stand. I didn't know I should have ordered two. When the first gust of wind came, the sign was broken into two.

I paid $270 for my signs to arrive Wednesday this week knowing my event started Thursday morning. The signs didn’t show up until after 3pm on Thursday.

The window cling looks beautiful with the logo on it. But it needs to be placed from the outside , and it doesn’t stick well . When I wet it , it shows all the drops and water on the clear area and the logo. So I taped it on the inside with scotch tape.

The logo looked too pixelated and smeared. This was the first time I was disappointed with your service:(

The resolution of the banner we ordered was very low and should have been caught during the proofing. It's sorta ok when viewing from about 40 feet away, just looks a little blurry. The construction of the banner is superb! Very sturdy and well built.

Esigns was my go to sign company for almost 24 years but my recent orders have me thinking twice about using them again. The quality has gone down hill and shipping charges have gone through the roof.
