The online process was easy, then everything ground to a halt. I received an email from “Ruth Bowen” the next day requesting additional info in pdf format which I sent immediately. Then no communications for over a week despite sending 2 follow-up emails to see if what I’d sent was sufficient. It’s been 9 days since my original request & nothing… Communicating with this company is miserable - you can only leave a message on their phone line, no live person. I chose this company because it was recommended by Computershare. I will be sharing my experience with them, as well.

I'm so surprised to see low reviews! Ruth Bowen at esignatureguarantee.com has been a lifesaver! After my husband passed away, I had a horrible experience dealing with the transfer of his stocks from EQ Services. My husband had inherited these stocks from his mother, and I could see handwritten Letters of Instruction from way back in early 2000 where he had been trying to transfer them to himself. EQ was awful to him too, and the stocks were never transferred. All these years after my mother-in-law's passing and then my husband's, EQ still refused to transfer them into my name for all kinds of reasons. Ruth was a lifesaver. She did more than put a stamp in the right place - she listened to me. She was professional but empathetic and supportive. She has gone above and beyond to provide me with the correct advice that was publicly available and accessible to EQ, but they never upheld their fiduciary duty. I can see why my husband gave up. When someone you love passes away, there is an emotional component that can be overwhelming. As a lawyer who has practiced for over 15 years, I am accustomed to paperwork and regulation, but if it weren't for Ms. Bowen, I would have given up. I would never use another agency.

…after having used the services of ESignatureGuarantee.com in 2025, after my mother passed, I found this service a Godsend, efficient and very prompt and appreciated from beginning to completion of each and every previous transaction order. Fast forward to summer, 2026….after ordering and paying for one last stock transfer transaction in May, I needed to acquire a current statement of account on the in questioned stock account, which I acquired and uploaded to my client page on June 4th. I sent an email to let them know that the request had been completed. I was informed via email that my Compliance Officer would review my documents and would follow up with me typically within 2-5 business days. Here it is, June 17th, and after sending 2 inquiring emails asking kindly to update me on the status of the order, I have not heard anything. It’s been crickets from ESignatureGuarantee.com. Here we are 9 business days out, and no correspondence on their part to me. I am very dissatisfied with the follow through and the lack of timely completion which had been top-notch in my previous transactions. Tom S. Tucson, Arizona P.S. The website clearly listed required documentation. I carefully made sure I had checked all the boxes and submitted the detailed data along with extra info I had accumulated while trying other avenues. This case was reviewed and the Medallion signature was completed within a few days. This happened after months of the PNC Bank "back office" stringing me along asking for info and requiring me to spend significant funds on a lawyer. I will use their service again and highly recommend if you are able to follow the simple instructions and provide the documentation.

After 4 different banks and a stack of documents we never expected to need, we tried Esignature. They also will ask many of the same questions and some documents you don't have, but the medallions are critical in your process. The service reps were professional, polite and explained why they needed those documents. I highly recommend them, my wife and I were not aware of the paperwork involved, but Esignature was available via email and responded quickly. You are not going to speak with your service reps, they are set up to work only through email. 5 stars from us for teaching us the process and getting the job done that the 4 banks could not.

I would not use this service for a Medallion signature for any work with a decease family member. After providing multiple proof of being related to the deceased they still would not give me a medallion signature. They are not accredited through the better business organization. The process also takes too long. After dealing with them for almost a month I asked for a refund. We will see if that even happens.

The transaction with eSignatureGuarantee.com began March 4, 2026. but all attempts to contact my representative resulted in radio silence. No response to numerous emails and voice messages left with the company, after she asked me a question in order to proceed! My next plan was going to be to contact the New York State Attorney General to inform them of what I believed to be fraudulent practices of this company, until I posted my complaint and was finally contacted regarding my case. Update: Jess and Christina contacted me the morning after I wrote this review, and we were eventually able to resolve matters to my satisfaction. The stamp and documentation were delivered via courier May 5. I'm relieved to know that my transaction was completed, however having it take two months without any communication from eSignatureGuarantee.com until I posted this complaint wasn't good business practice. The reasons/excuses given for it having taken so long (my email address suddenly led to my emails to them to go to their unverified file) makes me wonder why others have difficulties communicating with this company, as it could end up being detrimental to their operation causing undo aggravation to customers, all at an elevated cost. The apologies, phone conversations, and updates are appreciated, but it's up to you if you wish to sign on for this much bother, as my case appears to not be an isolated one. Caveat emptor.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. My Aunt’s spouse of 50 years died suddenly. She had no money so I paid for the service and had everything shipped FedEx overnight, So far I anm out almost $300 and it’s been over 60 days and still nothing!!!! No emails returned and there is no number to call. This when she is trying to survive on just over $1200 a month until she can get her spouse’s stock payout. SHAME ON YOU!
