I need urgent help with getting a medallion signature for a stock transfer and sale. I have purchased 2 medallions for the purpose of submitting my documents with a medallion signature to my stock servicer, and have had terrible communication. I submitted documents online on August 28th, and my account is in review. I reached out to communicate via email about how to send original documents so that the Medallions can be attached to the originals and sent directly to my stock servicer, and Ruth emailed a PO Box address. I don't feel comfortable sending my original documents because the customer service has been awful. I ask questions via their email system and don't get responses for days. The website claims it takes 5 business days to process, and I am already over 2 weeks. It is also very unclear what I need to do, like having a zoom call to verify documents. I did that part, and I'm still waiting. How can I reach a human being at this organization?

My complaint was reviewed by ESignature Guarantee and was issued a refund. They have updated their pricing policies. Good Business Practice ~

The online process was easy, then everything ground to a halt. I received an email from “Ruth Bowen” the next day requesting additional info in pdf format which I sent immediately. Then no communications for over a week despite sending 2 follow-up emails to see if what I’d sent was sufficient. It’s been 9 days since my original request & nothing… Communicating with this company is miserable - you can only leave a message on their phone line, no live person. I chose this company because it was recommended by Computershare. I will be sharing my experience with them, as well.

I would not use this service for a Medallion signature for any work with a decease family member. After providing multiple proof of being related to the deceased they still would not give me a medallion signature. They are not accredited through the better business organization. The process also takes too long. After dealing with them for almost a month I asked for a refund. We will see if that even happens.

The transaction with eSignatureGuarantee.com began March 4, 2026. but all attempts to contact my representative resulted in radio silence. No response to numerous emails and voice messages left with the company, after she asked me a question in order to proceed! My next plan was going to be to contact the New York State Attorney General to inform them of what I believed to be fraudulent practices of this company, until I posted my complaint and was finally contacted regarding my case. Update: Jess and Christina contacted me the morning after I wrote this review, and we were eventually able to resolve matters to my satisfaction. The stamp and documentation were delivered via courier May 5. I'm relieved to know that my transaction was completed, however having it take two months without any communication from eSignatureGuarantee.com until I posted this complaint wasn't good business practice. The reasons/excuses given for it having taken so long (my email address suddenly led to my emails to them to go to their unverified file) makes me wonder why others have difficulties communicating with this company, as it could end up being detrimental to their operation causing undo aggravation to customers, all at an elevated cost. The apologies, phone conversations, and updates are appreciated, but it's up to you if you wish to sign on for this much bother, as my case appears to not be an isolated one. Caveat emptor.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. My Aunt’s spouse of 50 years died suddenly. She had no money so I paid for the service and had everything shipped FedEx overnight, So far I anm out almost $300 and it’s been over 60 days and still nothing!!!! No emails returned and there is no number to call. This when she is trying to survive on just over $1200 a month until she can get her spouse’s stock payout. SHAME ON YOU!

Their website method of signing up/paying for their service ($150) was not working, so they had to do it via email, which they charged me $250 for instead because "it was done via email." Ridiculous, but fine, I just wanted to get it done. I paid, then started the process, sent my documents, and the rep requested one more item from me, which I sent, but then went radio silent. It has been 6 months since their last email back to me, they do not answer their phones, and their website "contact us" form "submit" button does not work. I am out $250 and have NO way of contacting them, and I cant even dispute the charge with my CC company anymore. Stay away from this company. This is a scam company and not legitimate. They charged me $141.55 for a medallion then came back and said they could not issue it and have offered no refund. Stay away - this is a scam.
