Looks like they lost my parcel and I get ignored by the support for weeks

After several years of impeccable collaboration, they suddenly suspended several deliveries (UK, France, USA), leaving me with packages stranded all over the world. It took countless emails, orders, and additional fees with alternative transport companies to finally get the packages delivered to me. And when I asked them to simply put two packages together at their warehouse in France, so that I wouldn’t have to pay DHL twice, they asked me to pay a huge fee — so high that it was actually cheaper to place two separate orders. A huge fee just for somebody to tape two boxes together, even though the whole situation was caused by them in the first place! And to top it all off, a package from the USA reached me after about two months… EMPTY. An empty envelope, nothing more, nothing less. The $15 broken watch I had bought on eBay for parts was missing from the package.

Horrid. Customer service kept promising to add to next shipment... 4 times. You won't get your items, criminals. *Flagging 1* reviews as defamatory is laughably pathetic.

Damnit, I wish I read these reviews. This company is useless. Customer service is nonexistent. They don't respond to emails or answer calls. I have no idea if I will ever get my $700 purchase now

Truly truly terrible! I ordered two jackets from two different Italian retailers. One arrived, and the other is lost ... The retailer provided documentation that it arrived. EshopWedrop simply doesn't answer calls or multiple emails. (Btw, it cost $89 to ship the one jacket.) The customer service is non-existent -- UNLESS they want to collect $89. I wanted this jacket so badly that I ignored all the warnings. But it was an expensive mistake. This is a horrible business. DO NOT USE!

My package arrived at their distribution warehouse in Germany 10 days ago. I've contacted the company by email, phone, and FB messenger to find out when I'll receive it and have had zero response. I have no idea if/when they will forward to me because no one in customer service responds to any messages. Their website info is useless. Stay away. These guys are no good. Edit July 21st - a month after my $200 purchase was delivered to them I still haven't received it, and still no response from the company. These guys are criminal.

Don't believe this scam. They are not able to ship your items to you. If you are not from the EU or near those areas, you WILL be waiting for nearly half a year before you see the item you ordered. Their customer service is also horrid. They won't reply until you contact them persistently. Even then, your chances or reaching out to them is nearly impossible. Just a complete dumpster fire of a service. Luckily for me I only spent under 100$ on their service. I wouldn't recommend this method to anyone, avoid it and take your chances at eBay. At least there you're a protected buyer if anything like this happens.
