Not the best when it comes to customer service, but they got there in the end
Bought a part for my Niu, which on the product description says it is compatible with all bikes of that series. When I got the part it was faulty, completely shorted out whenever connected to any power source. When I contacted them they linked me to a separate page on the website that contradicts the product page and says it is not compatible with my scooter. They refused to believe it was faulty even though It activated short circuit protection the moment it is attached to any battery. They told me I could send it back. I had to send it to the Netherlands to return it, once I did this I found they had blocked me on WhatsApp and stopped replying to my emails. After emailing them on a separate email account they have now issued me a refund. I have yet to see it go through but don't doubt it will. I still disagree with them regarding if there was a fault or not but I am happy they are processing a refund.
