Scam company. Does not allow you to cancel your subscription and it charges a small fortune when you could easily print off the same documentation at home. Avoid

the absolute chaos and negative drama I receive for trying to enter most businesses with my emotional support dog tells me they are failing in educating bussinesses and staff on emotional support animals and how to treat their owners. This subject in question has been a significant cause in the further detioration of my mental wellbeing, the exact opposite of what their goal is supposed to be.
