I have had nothing but positive experiences purchasing from Ersa nails so in honesty I’m not sure what the negative comments are about! The quality of the nails are fantastic. I’ve made three orders now and own 5 pairs. They are all still in perfect condition. I’ve also had really good customer service whenever I have contacted (shout out to Joyce you are amazing!) the shipping does take a little while but I would say this is fairly stated? It takes roughly 4-6 weeks for these to arrive from the date of order. It does mention that they are handmade to order so honestly I think this is reasonable considering then for me it’s international shipping (I’m in the uk) I will continue to use these nails! Great product and fabulous service

I already made 2 orders from Ersa Nails, waiting for my third and I really don't understand the negative comments here :( I ordered from France so the production and shipping time is more than okay. A already have 5 sets from them, short and medium almond and the quality is amazing, nails are strong, gel and mail art lasts and the pro touch kit do its job just fine. My last set that I wear lasts more than 3 weeks and I don't really take care of my nails on a dayly basis. I'm super happy that I have discoverd their brand, they are so creative and I always been happy to receive my purchases and wear my sets. For my last order 2 days ago, Joyce from customer service send me an email to make suke that the sizes were okay as their S size from short and medium almond are not exactely the same. How thoughtful of them ! Quality 10/10 Customer service 10/10 Customer experience 10/10 I litteraly to buy all their website Heads up to them !

The nails are super cute the size guide is great and the price is amazing. I went with a different Brands glue due to better reviews but i will be buying more Sets!!

I ordered a set of gorgeous black and gold nails and they are exactly as advertised. They were really nicely packaged and when I was speaking to customer service, they were very happy to accommodate for me.

I have brought multiple sets from Ersa and I have never had an issue with their nails, all of them have lasted months and have been such good quality and look just like the picture. One of the nails broke recently (which was completely my fault), and I reached out to their customer support team who went above and beyond with helping to find a solution, especially Joyce who replied to my emails extremely quickly and professionally. I always get compliments on my nails and is a much better alternative than paying for salon nails.

I'm screaming - these wearable nails are chef's kiss! I sent a random Pinterest pic of a neon butterfly design and they NAILED the custom vibe perfectly. You can 100% tell these are handmade by pros - no wonky edges, no messy paint jobs just crisp, vibrant art that looks like I got it done at a fancy salon. And let's talk about customer service - they replied to my 3 AM sizing panic text in HOURS, not days! Wore these to a music festival for 3 days straight, zero chipping, zero lifting. Already ordered my next 2 sets - do yourself a favor and hit that "buy" button ASAP! 10/10, no notes!
