Since the day 1 of the Class, Marry has kept the Class very Interactive, and as many of us are not from The ERP background or from any technical background than also the workday concepts are easy to understand and even the smallest of the Doubt is cleared by Marry during the class, and one of the most unique way of her teaching the concept is making cheat sheets for us, and taking screenshot of each and every concept which is very helpful for practicing the concept in the Tenant. And one more Good thing about Marry is, she motivates and Encourage each and every one of us, that 'you can do it' and can become a good consultants, and makes us believe through her training that workday not only looks easy, if you think out of the box, workday is easy. I was extremely skeptical while joining the Workday course at ERP Cloud Training because i was from a non IT/Computer Science background and had virtually no knowledge of coding. However, to my delight, after i attended a few classes, i was able to grasp all the concepts taught in the class - all thanks to Mary and her wonderful teaching style. If you pay attention in the class and work hard(practice using cheat sheets), then its very easy to learn. Mary teaches slowly and steadily and ensures that all the students grasp the concepts. Her vast experience(ERP) reflects in her classes. My suggestion - Please do not miss any classes - You can ask all your doubts in the live class. Hence it is absolutely essential that you give your 100% for this course. Also, please remember to study all the prep course contents before the live class starts - trust me it is very helpful.

Ms.Mary is an excellent teacher with vast teaching experience backed by abundant ERP project implementation experience. She is very methodical in explaining the concepts and keep things simple, so participants can follow the classes with sharp focus. Mary is a great mentor and keeps the participant motivated. I feel one of the other highlight of the course is the lessons are paced in such a way it benefits both beginners and people who have prior ERP experience. I strongly recommend this course for someone who wants to be successful in their career with HCM Workday.

The trainer MARY is very passionate rather than trainer I say EXPERT and I am very pleasure to hear classes from her. Initially I thought she is edifying herself just to attract the students, but later after listening couple of classes from Mary, I was astonished by her way of teaching, she is teaching each and every topic by covering indepth of that topic and completing that scenarios by testing aswell. Most of the trainers doesn't do that, but Mary is not like other general trainees. Infact I can say Mary is Expert and her vision is to create experts like her. Mary is the "Goddess of Workday" This is the title I wanna dedicate to her. Workday was completely new platform for me. This course is the best, it caters to everyone's needs. This course is crafted so well that it is the perfect blend of theory and practical. Prep course is very helpful for better understanding. Mary is very experienced and passionate trainer. Her teaching technique is so patient and encouraging.
