I enrolled myself in this Workday Absence Management course with the expectation that it would upgrade my résumé and enable me to get an internship, but it was the other way around. I got stuck for weeks and even months because of their training material. The teacher spoke just randomly and did not show us how any of the content would apply to practical scenarios. Frequently, many of the system simulations did not work—there were no menu items, error notes kept appearing for no obvious reason, and the teacher was there only making a gesture like it was okey.So I had requested help and was told, “get through it yourself” because behaviour in a true work environment looks this way. But it looks very strange if in a real system the system gets glitches every five minutes. At the end, I felt even more confused and lost all my confidence. To go to the interview I thought I had at least some knowledge, but I was caught out when I was asked questions about staff absence which could even be understood by children. Your (absence of) help is really appreciated.

This course wrecked my trust in online learning. The trial seemed as if we will have the possibility of getting Workday sandbox live training access, whereas we only had pictures. A quarter of the time of the lecturer was spent only on talking about ‘mindset’ and almost no knowledge was brought to us. Now, essential issues of human resources like the talent pools and calibration were introduced through 10 min videos and a lot of times they could only be heard incompletely. The tests were with wrong answers marked as right, and there was no support for the issues. I asked for my money back, and they said that I was not trying hard enough. Can you believe that? Because I was ill-prepared with the level of difficulty the interview was going to be, I failed my Workday interview miserably. Be smart, and spare yourself from any remorse should you decide to steer clear and stay away from this totally.

Each day 3 hours of training and training was conducted via Zoom Platform. After the training we went through the Practice exam with the instructor.

Overall I had a positive experience with the Workday training program. The live classes were helpful because we worked through key tasks directly in the Workday system, and the instructor was supportive and available for questions. The certification guidance was valuable and I earned my Workday Pro HCM Core certification. More hands-on group practice and additional real-world scenarios would strengthen the program.

Attended workday Adaptive training and it was great to learn from Mary and was provided a tenant to practice aswell. Mary is really helpful in getting community accounts setup with Partners and pushing to get certified for faster placements. The proactive help is all the new workday converts need to get a foot hold in this new market.

Pleasure to get trained certified in Workday by erp cloud training. I liked the depth of the training with practical knowledge and tenant access is lifetime. I am also going to take their extend and orchestration course this week. I only found that they had unique modules in Workday so joined them. I will be a certified Workday pro orchestration consultant after completing this course. The developer site access is a plus that is rare to get.
