Only had the bag for 3 months and it’s falling apart, handle strap ripped, arm strap is coming away from the body of the bag, and one of the zippers on the inside pouches fell off. Smell proof? Yes, good quality? No.

I was looking for something to keep my gear in and safe and this was just as I was looking for. Hopefully they make a duffel bag in a similar style with more space and the same functions. All together this purchase was definitely worth it!

Found this company while searching on the web for humidity products to complement our new retail line. Their website looks very professional and works as it should. The pricing is definitely competitive in comparison to their competitors for name brand products........so - We placed our first order with this company about a month ago for quantities of certain items needed. Took less than a week to receive our package. Package came properly packed but was missing 1 of the 3 products we ordered. Messaged the company twice about the situation but never got a response back. About three weeks after our package came we received an email from Trust-Pilot asking us to leave a review for the company. At that point we again messaged Erozul explaining to them, that at this point we were going to leave a negative review to reflect our experience. Unfortunately we still did not receive an email response from their company........but funny enough though, within a few days what shows up in the mail? Our 3rd missing product! At this point we’re VERY pleased that we received everything that was paid for. Some of the items we purchased are kind of hard to find, currently. But in the end we are just upset that there was zero communication throughout our entire experience. Mistakes happen and we are not butt hurt because product took a while to finally land to our businesses doorstep. We are upset that there was zero communication when someone could’ve simply told us that it would’ve taken a while to receive the third product or whatever the case scenario was. All they had to do was give us a heads up so we were not wondering where our product was or why it took so long to receive part of it. When it comes time to purchase humidity products again - if the market is still in the same spot as it currently is - yes we will most likely be using this company again but if anything happens the second time around, I highly doubt we will allow them an opportunity to get a strike three......

**EDIT - I had an issue with the backpack handle and straps about 3-4 weeks after purchase. I contacted the seller several weeks later. The response and customer service on this matter has been excellent. They contacted me directly, asked for a few more details, and promptly agreed to send a replacement. The new backpack arrived quickly as promised. Every company has to deal with defects...it is how they respond to these issues that define them. This is how it should be done. Rest assured that you will be taken care of if you purchase from them.

Excellent bag wel, worth every penny. Just wish I got a larger bag because I didn't realize how quickly I would fill it with goodies
