Amazing product! It holds SO much stuff, and is very cleverly designed to fit all your smoke gear. It's also one of the least expensive ones I've found for this level of quality. Bonus bonus: It arrived two days early!

Package never arrived, no way to contact except email and no one ever responds. Disputed through Paypal. After this review the company reached out and corrected the issue. It did take a while to get a response, unfortunately had to follow up a couple times but it’s been handled. UPDATE: I did get the bag pretty quickly and very happy with quality of the bag. Customer Service needs some supprt though.

Shipping was incorrect and not honored As a customer when an order is accepted and my card is charged I expect the company to honor the purchase and fix any problems they have going forward.

Hi Dustin, I want to apologize for the confusion on your order, we had a temporary glitch in our system which was not charging correct shipping and unfortunately your order was one that got through. Unfortunately the cost of shipping these items outside of the continental US is very high, and while we strive to provide free shipping, the cost of shipping heavy items such as CVaults can be very expensive. I understand this may be frustrating, and I apologize for this error. If you have any questions we will be happy to assist you, please email us at [email protected] and we will discuss further.
