Handled my return OK, correction GREAT !!!
Handled my return OK. I had to e-mail you even though you received my return 3 days prior to me "hounding" you about my return. Then I did not receive my "free gift" because I did not check it in the shopping cart. I called and service said they would send it to me but "charge" me for shipping so I told them forget about it !!! Changed My review from 1 to 5 stars because they shipped me my free item now with no shipping charges !

Thank you for your review, we hope that you're enjoying your Erozul bag despite it being a bit smaller than you expected! We do our best to be descriptive of the sizes of our bags, both through the product description and the photos. We will make a note of this and take the size into consideration for future products! Thanks for your feedback!
