Bag is insanely awesome! Thanks so much! Had me sketched for a second with the ID verify, thinking it was a scam. But definitely worth the slight nervousness. Lmao. Highly recommended!

Thank you for your review, sometimes we do have to confirm the purchasers information to protect our customers from potential fraud, this is just an extra layer of protection we offer to our customers!

Ok love your products, until I ordered the small c vault with the screw lid. They don’t stay sealed!!! Ok so it’s not the best product but the return process was the killer it took forever to get a response, I never received an RMA number which, according to your site you need in order to return a product. I returned it anyway and did get a refund less 15% and shipping. If your product does not work I have issue with paying a restocking fee

We apologize for the inconvenience, we inspected the CVaults that were returned and they were working properly, in cases like this we do take a restocking fee. We appreciate your feedback

Order was filled, but products did not work. Attempted to contact customer service twice, and have received no replies. I would not recommend this company.

Fast, free shipping. Erozul sells the smaller "twist" C-Vault models, which seem to be harder to find. I'm a happy customer and all my flower stays perfect after harvest.
