I giving Laszlo 3 stars BUT VICTORIA FREE had 5 STARS. In the beginning the sale was 30% off then it went to 40%, That's great BUT if I ordered my products at 30% and could not get the 40% off. I WOULD BE VERY UPSET WITH ERNO LASZLO. I'm a user for over 40 years and I expect the best deal you can give me.

I've loved "normalizer shake-it" since I was 13. I'm now 78 and very, very glad Laszlo (finally) brought back the shake-it and (really finally) at least some choices in shades. However. I am distinctly NOT happy with the same-price-but-less-than-half-the amount of product. Which is why you only get 3 stars. Bring back the original 6.8 fl. oz. size please. BTW? What took so long to bring this product back?

Order from you online and it took way to long to recieve. Why are you always running out of Phelityl oil? I asked for you to let me know when you had back in stock and heard nothing from you. This sounds like a rant, but who of you allows social media posts that don't use the product properly. Ugh!

I ordered a nice order then you cut the price another 10% not fair to those who ordered earlier !

The website is very easy to use, and the occasionally discount is nice. I dislike that the brand has strayed from Dr. Laszlo’s original vision. The clocking rituals were what made Laszlo stand out in the skincare world. Also, some very key products have been discontinued, and as a person who suffers with problem skin, changing what works can be devastating. Please bring back Special Skin Soap and Conditioning Preparation. Also, please bring back the large size soap bar—it felt so luxurious to use. Oh, what happened to the splashes, the cornerstone of the Laszlo ritual? Dr. Laszlo said, "If there was no such thing as water, I would have had to invent it."

I liked the fact that the shipping was speedy but I did not like the fact that in order to have free shipping I needed to buy $100 of merchandise. It used to be $50. Raising it to $100 is way too much.

1. Opening the box was ridiculously difficult. 2. disappoint the tiny bottle.
