I have no idea who this scammer is, but they hit my credit card with fraudulent charges. Do not click the link to their website, as it leads to a scam page.

Randomly got charged small amounts from this company I never had any interaction with. I don’t even live in NJ. I was able to get it disputed but since it seems like this is a reoccurring scam, I will be escalating to the proper state/federal government entities and consumer protections.

WARNING! FRAUDULENT CHARGES & SCAM.This company is unauthorizedly charging stolen and cloned credit/debit cards with multiple small amounts ($1.99, $1.49, $2.99) to drain bank accounts. I have never done business with them, and this is a complete scam. Check your bank statements and report them for unauthorized activity immediately!

I have no idea who these guys are but they have charged my credit card 7 times this weekend for $1.00 to $1.99. I have filed a fraud claim against them with my bank. But judging from other comments here on Trustpilot, I probably won't get my money back. However, the worst part is if my bank has to change my credit card, I'll have to go in an change credit card info on all the places I regularly order things online. What a piece of .....garbage. Who are these guys, anyway????

This so-called "prep center" is nothing but a scam operation. Previously, they operated under the name PrepLarge, and now they’ve rebranded as ERKA Prep — same scam, just a different name. They take your money and completely ghost you or fail to deliver any proper service. This is a recurring scam, and it’s clear they will likely pop up again with a new name once exposed. Do NOT trust them. Be cautious and do your research before working with any prep center. I hope this helps someone avoid the headache and loss that I and others have experienced.

The people at Erka Prep are a bunch of scammers. I had a terrible experience with Erka Prep and want to warn others. The people running this place are complete scammers. They outsource all the actual prep work to other centers, take money from their clients upfront, and then never pay the real prep centers doing the work. This results in delays, confusion, and a complete lack of accountability. They present themselves as professional, but once they have your money, they vanish or give endless excuses. Avoid this place at all costs — they're dishonest and untrustworthy. They stopped replying to texts, emails, and calls after April 3rd, 2025.

If anyone is having an issue with this warehouse. Here is an update on it: They have done fraud and left abondoned the location with the clients INV. The actual location and legal owners of the locations were Fidelity Prep Center at the location of 108 Ark Road NJ. If any one is seeing this review and had their inv stuck and are not getting response from this "ERKA" shit warehouse contact Fidelity and they will resolve your issue. I got my issue resolved and I hope yours to get resolve as well. Make sure to contact Fidelity as ERKA has not cleared the payments for them and they told us that if we had not contacted them within the next 10 days they would have already liquidated all of this stuff. Terrible Service – Avoid at All Costs! I placed orders with Erkaprep.com, and they have completely ignored me. They are neither shipping my products nor responding to any of my messages. This kind of service is completely unacceptable. If you’re considering working with them—DON’T! Their lack of communication and failure to fulfill orders make them highly unreliable. I strongly recommend staying away from this company to avoid frustration and potential losses.
