This is the second year in a row that my Erin Condren school-year planner has been significantly delayed. I specifically ordered an August-start planner so I could use it at the beginning of the school year, but it is now taking approximately one month to ship. By the time I receive it, a significant portion of August will have already passed. Customer service did upgrade my shipping to expedited at no additional cost, which I appreciate, but that does not address the main issue- the planner was supposed to be available at the start of the school year.

Customer service is awful. The A5 planners they sell through Target are not at all compatible with the A5 planners they sell directly on their site. They're not clear about that, and now I ordered a custom cover for my daughter's school planner (she much prefers the interior layout of one of the Erin Condren planners available at Target) that's completely useless. Different coil type. AND... the whole point of A5 in the publishing world is to be exactly consistent size. Their customer service rep stated to me that they intentionally use two slightly different sizes -- which means, one of them is not actually A5 and they're marketing falsely. They didn't make any kind of an effort to help my situation. What a trashy company.

I ordered a planner in early July and still haven't received it. I also cannot connect with anyone at the company to receive an update, and I have tried daily. They are not responding to emails or live chat. If you try to schedule a call, you are directed to a scheduler, and it's about a week's wait to receive a call. It makes me wonder if the company is still active or if it is a scam.

I ordered a teacher planner in May which was slated to arrive the first week in June. It is now July- and no planner. Every time I reach out, I am told it will ship early next week- 3 times now and guess what? It has not shipped! Yet, I get daily texts and emails advertising sales. How about you complete the orders you have before soliciting for more? SHADY!

After nearly a decade of being a very loyal Erin Condren customer, I can safely say I'll be moving on. I ordered a Daily Life Planner on the 10th of June which was delayed repeatedly. I reached out to their customer service team regularly to follow up on my order and each time I was told something different. I was assured it would ship by the end of the week. Then it got pushed back to the next week. They kept assuring me I'd have it by its start date of the 1st of July. Then they pushed it back again. The only email I received about the delay claimed that my item was delayed because of sourcing issues with their platinum coils. However, I had upgraded to their gold coil, so the supply chain issue never should have impacted my order. I requested a call and was told they would prioritise this. I asked why they didn't ask me for my number if they were going to call me and the customer service representative assured me they had it. The next day I asked why I never received the call and I was told it was because they didn't have my number. When I relayed the conversation with the other rep (this was all online and they have records of it) she assured me that they did indeed have my number. Yet, I never received the call. Instead I received an email that they were unable to reach me. I had no missed calls. I feel like they were not forthcoming to honest during this process. Had they been honest about timelines when I first made queries, I could have cancelled my order and placed one with another company and likely would have had a planner on time. Their Life Planners are beautiful and generally those are still nice quality, however, it is not worth the stress. I had noticed a decline in some of their items (markers and stickers) and service over the past few years, but this experience is inexcusable and was handled very poorly on their end.

Ordered on May 27 and still haven’t received notification that it has shipped. No way to leave a review on their website.

First time buyer- and I purchased just from looking online and I was absolutely shocked when i opened it and they are just laminate covers like I could laminate them myself at home- like that kind of laminate! They also scratch and scuff almost instantly because they are laminated, so not a practical or hardy choice for a highly used item. I haven't even used these yet and they are already scratched. I loved the designs that i had chosen, but i was expecting them to be a beautiful tactile finish, like the laminate was the print- but no- it looks like a home job. Then the paper. I had read the paper was something special- thick and luxiourous. Nope. The paper is also nothing special. It's not super thin paper, but it isn't thick like i was expecting and is textured, a bit like recycled paper. I like that it is perforated, and the binder looks strong, but I am super disapponted, and I bought 4 all at once! The covers disappoint me the most. I will use them because I have them now, but I wont be buying again.

I've been purchasing their Life Planner every year since 2015 but the past few years they have really been going downhill. First they eliminated the clear zippered pouch that came with all LPs, then they got rid of the black coil, then the perpetual calendar and the complimentary cards. Their sticker books are smaller but the price increased. They don't ship their products in pretty MCC boxes anymore, it's just a plain Kraft box and no more colorful tissue paper. All of the extra special touches that I enjoyed are now gone and it's just another planner company trying to squeeze as much money as possible out of their customers. Very disappointed in their shrinkflation. My last order I was sent the wrong color of cover plus it took 3 weeks which is the longest I've ever had to wait for my order. Plus their designs haven't been the greatest lately. The company was a whole lot better when Erin ran everything. Will be looking for a new planner company for next year.
