Received device quickly and works as advertised.

I ordered a keyboard tray and was very happy with the quality and price. I sent an e-mail with a question regarding the installation instructions, and I received a very speedy response.

No problems, everything went great.

Excellent customer service, order was exactly as expected. I would use this online company again without hesitation. Highly Recommend!!

Customer service was great they gave me my options for my wall mounted desk. I ordered the Comfort Zone Adjustable Big Board Keyboard Tray System...it was important that I have certain dimensions since I don't have a typical desk. After talking with CSR and looking at the website I was able to get an affordable tray system with my specific weight, length and style.. PRO 1. Accurate Item Description 2. Great Price 3. Timely Shipping and fare rates 4. Customer service answered my many calls and questions. CON: Install instructions are not very detailed but all screws and assembly seems to be very minimal. NOTES: I am B+ tech savy person, B- working with my hands....from California and younger than 40 yrs old.

I'm very happy with the way this keyboard tray works. I love it that it swivels different directions and can be tilted at different angles and heights. The bluetooth keyboard I'm using isn't very wide and I find that there is enough room at the end of the keyboard tray for the mouse there next to it without even using the little swivel mouse platform.

This purchase was great. Everything was delivered in a timely fashion and the keyboard try is what we expected.

Everything arrived super fast and well packaged. EE is a great reseller with quality products
