Great product, great customer service

Tried pretty much everything until I came across Queen oil. Haven’t yet crossed the 90 day threshold, but already seeing improvement. Completely surprised. Can hardly wait to see results described by others after the 90 day window and beyond. Keep it coming!

As a daily hydrating body oil, Eraé Queen Oil delivers where it counts on texture — fast-absorbing, non-greasy, and nicely scented. It is more a moisturizer than a clinical firming treatment. If you go in expecting soft, hydrated skin rather than a dramatic firming transformation, you will e satisfied; if you're buying it purely to fix crepiness, manage expectations before spending $50–60 on the bottle.

I am still early on in using Eraé queen oil but I love the ritual style of applying this oil and starting to see some results on my legs, thank you Erae team.

I have been using Erae Paris for about 6 weeks and if nothing else, purchasing the product has made me committed to a body skincare routine which includes using Eraé. Every other day I dry brush my skin with a natural stiff-bristled brush before showering. The dry brushing removes dead skin cells, stimulates lymph drainage and circulation. Once you get used to it, it feels good and invigorating. After the shower I dry off completely (if I am at the gym, I sauna) and then apply the oil. It absorbs easily and leaves no residue, does not feel greasy - it feels smooth and healthy. It’s a healthy routine and the Eraé oil is wonderful. Sometimes I alternate and use fractionated Coconut oil so that my bottle of Eraé will last longer. Let’s see what I think in another month or two. My skin feels great and now committing to a routine with consistency is the key.

I had a few issues during the ordering process. I wanted one bottle but the site was problematic and I ended up paying for two. Customer service (John is great!) promised a refund of the additional bottle. Hopefully it all works out. Looking forward to trying the product. 🤞

I am enjoying the product, though I've only used it for a month. It is a lovely moisturizing oil with a delightful scent. The company seems to be young and ironing out the wrinkles in its systems. There are some website glitches and, like other customers, I've had to wait an unexpectedly long time for my 2nd bottle due to production delays. However, the customer service has been exceptional. Fast, kindly, and bending over backwards to help. With service like this I can work around the wait-times if I know to expect them. We'll see in time if the product lives up to the marketing --but isn't that true of most aesthetic treatments? I give them 5 stars for customer service but removed a star for the growing-pain issues. I wish them well and hope their processing wrinkles are smoothed very soon.

I placed my order Feb 23 2026 ,it is now mid March and I still haven't received the order. I've emailed them and all I got was the message saying track your order using the app. I think that they should be more transparent about the shipping process. If they said it would take 4 to 6 weeks I wouldn't be so irritated. Its an expensive product and I don't want to have to take action against them. Very disappointing. John helped track down my order and gave me a partial refund for my troubles. I received the order today. I'm looking forward to using it. Thank you.
