They are good.

I was happy with the experience getting my account set up for my credit card reader. It was a little drawn out, but I think worth it. It seems much more legitimate than the square. It comes with security features and I have a direct contact. So if I have any issues or problems, I can call her directly for help. My contact was very nice and helpful.

I actually haven't had my card reader long enough to have used it yet, I have been satisfied with the service I've received, quick responses & knowledgeable staff. One thing I was disappointed about was the card reader doesn't connect while I have my Otter Box case on my iPhone. Since having cases are pretty common with this phone, I would've liked a solution to that before I received my reader. I'll have to remove my case each time I use it, or buy an extender which is about $30.
