I am with this company a short time but am truly impressed with the personal customer service. Couldn't have been a smoother signing up of new merchant service account.

My customer assistant was great. He went above and beyond to assure that I have what I need for my business. I haven't recieved my scanner yet, but, if it's preformance is as good as Seans, I'll be happy.

Finally -- a company that actually employs personnel that you can talk with on the phone if you have questions or issues that need to be resolved. I would recommend phoneTransact to anyone. I have been very pleased with their customer service. I look forward to conducting business with them for a long time.

Equity Commerce has done a wonderful job in helping with the transition between companies. To date we have seen savings from making the move to equity commerce. Josh is very easy to contact and if for some reason he is not available to take a call he returns my call within a very small time period. The only real problem we have had during this switch is becoming pci compliant but we need to have our IT tech make changes here in order for us to pass it is out of equity commerce control at this point.

Josh was more than willing to go out of his way, time and time again to fulfill our unique operational needs. This company is honest, straightforward and responsive. I appreciate Equity Commerce's involvement within our organization!
