Equip failed to help me with an order, they gave incorrect information about whether products were in stock or not and didn't respond for 2 days. Then later when I asked for an explanation instead of being truthful they again made up information about the product being out of stock which was completely false.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I have been back and forth with them since June. It is now October. They are a scam! First of all their protein powder does not mix at all. It’s clumpy and no matter how hard you shake or mix it you will be drinking chalky tasting clumps. It’s horrible. So I returned the packages as they say they have a money back guarantee which is a lie. I had to file a claim against them because my returned packages showed returned but they would not refund me or answer any of my emails. As soon as I emailed them they immediately emailed me telling me they would refund me in full if I cancelled the bank claim against them. I thought I’d give them a second chance so I cancelled it. Every response to my follow up emails was they could not refund me until the claim was closed on the banks end even though my bank had confirmed with a letter it was closed. I forwarded the letter to EquipFoods and they still lied and said they still see it was opened. My bank confirmed a month later they sent the money back to them and now they are telling me their system currently won't allow a refund because a response has already been submitted to your bank regarding the dispute. This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. Their products are garbage and they won’t stand by their return policy. What a scam!! I have reported them to the BBB! Go shop somewhere else to get your protein!

I ordered products from your company. Once I received, I tried them and they were absolutely VILE. Not only did I find this so, but so did everyone in my office. It was funny until it wasn't. Equip Foods has proceeded to charge my card 3 times for these bars (outrageously priced), but I had tried the product and canceled the subscription the first month. I feel they owe me a refund for the items I did not approve. If you value your taste buds, money, and time, STAY AWAY from this company. They will steal your money and won't do anything to make it right. Equip Foods, you should be ashamed.

HORRIBLE. They love to exploit subscriptions. They give you virtually no reminder of a shipment and their link to skip a shipment is broken. When you do manage on their site to figure out how to skip, it skips the NEXT shipment, not the upcoming one. Equip refuses to respond to requests to remove your credit card or to close your account. I deplore their business practices and consider them underhanded.

I ordered two products from Equip. Only one arrived. I’ve contacted the company numerous times over the period of a month using different communication tools including email, chat, and online form submission. I have never been acknowledged. If anything goes wrong with your order, there is no customer service support to make it right.

I ordered what I believed was a single box of protein bars. What wasn't clear at all during checkout was that I was being enrolled in an automatic subscription. The first box arrived, then a second, and the following month I was charged another ~$50 without any clear heads-up. When I tried to resolve it, I found there's no phone number and no email — the only way to reach the company is through a form on their website. Tellingly, the very first option in their help flow is essentially "Did you get signed up for a subscription without realizing it?" — which tells you how often this happens to customers. I requested a refund and was told it would go into "refund and review." It has now been over a month with zero response, and I'm stuck with a second box of bars I never intended to buy and don't want. The bars themselves are, in my opinion, not good — but that's secondary to the billing practices. Burying a subscription enrollment so customers don't realize they've signed up, then making refunds nearly impossible to obtain, isn't acceptable. I'd caution anyone ordering to read the checkout screen very carefully.

I ordered two bags of protein powder for $118.80, pretty pricey. I received a confirmation email that looked legit. Today I received a junk item via USPS/Shopify and realized I had been scammed. The website I used was a dead-ringer, don’t know how I was switched. I notified Equip but they are now ghosting me. I’m disappointed in their customer service, email only option for communication, I had to dispute the charge and cancel my credit card. They should check it out as I will not order again. Buyer beware. Sad times we live in.
