Servers down for over 24 hours due to "power outage" yet they claim 99.999999% uptime and impossible to have power outages. Absolute nightmare.

Was just trying to talk to a sales assistant but they disconnected everytime I tried starting talking with them about their serverofferings, but judging by their average rating I wont bother with them. Best avoid this company

Die Mitarbeiter haben sich viel Zeit genommen, um meine Fragen zu beantworten und mir bei der Auswahl der richtigen Lösung zu helfen. Die Qualität der Produkte und Dienstleistungen ist hervorragend, und die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und zuverlässig. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Expertise von Eqenix im Bereich IT-Infrastrukturen – man merkt sofort, dass hier echtes Know-how und Engagement dahinterstecken. Ich kann Eqenix uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werde auch in Zukunft gerne wieder auf deren Services zurückgreifen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zusammenarbeit!

Annoying spam emails!

If I could give 0 ZERO I would, this company accumulated too much fame for no obvious reasons. Their pricing is through the roof, and I couldn't even register a client account. According to a customer representative named "Noel" I quote: "Unfortunately, upon further review, we cannot approve your account. There are some discrepancy specially w/ the information you've provided. Hope you understand as these are part of our security measure to protect our customers. We wish you the best of luck with another provider." ------- So here not only the guy is incapable of doing correct phrases without a single spelling mistake but also they request a LinkedIn profile and other data? This is enraging and against any data collection law. This means they have so many resources that they don't care about getting a new customer. - I'd be highly interested in knowing what "discrepancy" they noticed.
